With a unique history in the once shunned West End of Greenville, South Carolina, Old Cigar Warehouse helped to contribute to the ongoing revitalization in what is now a charming and attractive part of Greenville. Other known attractions in the area include Reedy River Falls, The West End Market, The Peace Center for Performing Arts, and many other unique restaurants and shops.

Founded and opened in 2013 by Tammy Johnson, a Texas native and innovative entrepreneur. This venue has been nothing short of successful from the launch of their sister company, Liquid Catering, hosting over 400 events in two short years, and completely selling out all of their Saturdays for the rest of 2015.

Old Cigar Warehouse certainly has a matchless feel from its original brick walls, to 35 ft. high ceilings with antique, exposed beams that are pieced together with mortis and tenon joinery. This location will make you feel like you are living a dream. Additionally, their outdoor courtyard is famous for engagement, bridal, and wedding photos taken in front of the original coca cola advertisement. This advertisement is located on the original brick walls outside from when Old Cigar Warehouse was Carolina Supply Co. (a cigar company). This rustic chic venue will certainly not disappoint.

Room Rental Rates
There are three components to their pricing; the room rental fee, equipment rentals and your bar package. During your initial consultation Old Cigar Warehouse will put together a quote for all three areas so you have a good idea of what you will spend. Below pricing is based off a mandatory Main Hall & Deck rental, with The Cellar added for additional space. For weddings, they do require that you book the entire space for a 12-hour block, regardless of the day of the week. This is to ensure that you have a smooth event with no outside noise or disruption. Additionally, they may require a full 12-hour booking on Fridays and Sundays during their busy months (April, May, June, October, and December)

30,000 square foot grass corner lot for outdoor events: $1,500
Room rental includes your first security guard and 50 parking spots.
Table, Chairs, Linens and Equipment are not included in the room rental fee. See the Old Cigar Warehouse website for equipment pricing.
Equipment is added a la' carte based on your event needs.
If you choose not to rent the entire space, The Cellar may be rented to another event.

A 10% bar surcharge will apply to all holidays to pay for staff holiday overtime.

Actual capacity will vary depending on the seating of the event and the number of other elements brought in.
Additional space can be added by tenting The Deck of the parking lot.
Equipment Rentals
In order to help your event run smoothly, Old Cigar Warehouse will coordinate all your table, chair and linen rentals. Prices are listed below, but items may be customized. You aren't stuck with a certain type of table or linen color with them! They will set-up and break down any items rented through them, although the client will be billed for any damages and delivery fees.

Extra Services
Old Cigar Warehouse’s goal is to assist you with creating a seamless event experience. They are happy to offer the below services:
Parking: Old Cigar Warehouse has 50 parking spots that are free to use during your event. They have agreements with other nearby lots that they can reserve for your event for $5 a spot.
Room "Flip Fee": If they need to change the room from one lay-out to another during the event, there is a $150-$200 "flip fee".

Greeters:
$19 an hour + $25 Booking Fee
Particularly for corporate or non-profit events, hiring a friendly person to greet your guests and invite them into the event space is crucial. Their greeters can assist guests with finding their seats, checking them in and directing them to event activities.
Coat Check:
$19 per hour + $25 Booking Fee
Old Cigar Warehouse's coat check service includes the staff, equipment and tickets. This is a hosted service, with no costs to your guests.
Caterers:
$19 per hour + $25 Booking Fee
If your caterer needs assistance busing tables, serving food or manning a food station, they can provide extra servers.
